The Timeless Dream

The timeless dream stands in me

Falls in me, obscured by the nights

Silent, yet speaks beneath

The hidden clouds, flies high in the skies

Silent me – living becalmed, standing still

Into the broken tides

The standing clock, comforts me

Estranged me, and sometimes it barely finds

The moment that lives in me, that breaths in me

Somewhere when it hides

Silent me – looking behind, seeking hide

Into the broken tides

While I still have my doubts

You’ve already figured it out

Silent me – listening not, listening not

The mended wall, destroyed me

And paranoid me has fallen apart

And a chapter closed, the book is old

But reflecting me, still holding on

Holding on, and driving on

Finding home, driving on

Silent me – with the finest beer

I am driving on, on the freeway

Hoping to find a home, I may call it my own

Broken me, I was not breathing

Fighting me, I was not leading

Leading my way, to the freeway

To the freeway, yeah…

Breath 'em all, Die along

Out of the blue, when the sun was shining
Into the light, some shadows fell
Deep in the sea, when the life was smiling
Into the air, some poison freaked

Into the clouds, when the moon was burning
Fine were those stars, but choked to death
Into the streets, when the grime were streaming
They came along, them reapers seemed

Some manholes open wide, free flowing
Some breathing trees, in last times
Into this city, of ignorant people
Where do we find, peace of mind

Into this city, when the kids were laughing
Someone fell dead, and a life fell asleep
Some people cried, some celebrated life
Caring not, of their own fate

This is the city, they call of dreamers
This is the place, of cheapest lives
Just look around, and see for yourself
What have you lost, and what is found

Voids, voids
Poisonous gases into air
Suffocation, and crimpy faces
Breath ‘em all, die along

Sardonic me, Sarcastic him!

Get out of the way kid
Can’t you see they’re dropping the bombs
Destroying the tombs
Here, bite this bullet and keep moving

Sarcastic him ran to death
I moved back and kept staring
With a gun, he killed and killed
And then I heard someone mourning

“Here you go, bite this bullet”
The words kept haunting me, daunting me
Sardonic me, sarcastic him
Sarcastic me, sardonic him

Agonistic me, holding my ground
Shaving my head, shaving my eyes
Shaving my tears, shaving my life
Sadistic me, Sardonic me

The lights died a silent death
The waters turned blue to red
Demising them, surviving sham
Flaunting me, grunting me

The everlasting dusk under the belt of moon

Swans dancing into the streets

Celebrating life, the life which thrive

Pieces of diamonds

Falling from the sky

In the wee hours, empty getting sky

The wind whirls, and swirls

Laughing little girls

Playing down the riverside

Exchanging words with unsaid forces

Called the silence of them children

One shall bid them farewell

One who works alone and never ceases to amaze

On the bay, who never rides the psyche?

Inside His secluded, spinning dreams

Of the everlasting dusk under the belt of the moon

Psychedelic breakfast

Off the sun, I drink thy liquid
Facing him eye to eye
Off the sky, I eat thy cloud
Down the countryside while I drive

A surreal evening
A blur dream, hallucination
Dented by serenity of dark
Doomed by silence of bells

Un-ending roads of thoughts
Perpetual sagas of dew drops
Which rests unfettered in the realm of reality?
Thou hang on a new leaf
I’ll drink water of it

A feeling pervades to occupy
And entrust space of my mind
All I see is a dim of realism
Perceptions petrified by thy silence

I eat thy thoughts
To linger my hunger
Which never is satisfied?
By one, just one psychedelic breakfast

AND THEN SHE CRIED

She took a while
To stand again
To gather herself
Again

Beaten by fate
She loved the hate that came her way
From everyone, from everywhere
She laughed, and then she cried

She was a mother
Of beaten fate
Her memories fade
While she slept late

And when she woke up
She couldn’t feel the sun
She could hear the mourns
She laughed, and then she cried

Everyday was the same old day
She couldn’t feel the rain
The plants were dead from long ago
She couldn’t even see them die

And then she took a while
To realize
That everyone was gone
Far away

She was the only one
Left alone
The love was gone
And hate was grown, and then she cried

Her Silver eyes

She stands alone
While it rains over her head
Chaos around, running to catch the life, everyone
While she stands still

They say she’s blind
She can’t see a thing
But don’t they know
She’s got silver eyes
She can see the life

They laugh at her
And point the fingers at her
Instigating her to start a fight
But, she stands still and mocks at them

For she knows if the sun will rise
If it will shine again
Behind the blackened lines
She could burn the sun

They run around
Chasing the light
But, she can see the life
That breeds and seeds
Behind her silver eyes

She could see beneath the ground
Where lies the wise man
She hears him talk
The world’s not a safe place, today

And she wakes up in the wee hours
While everyone sleeps
In their souls, in their minds
Her shadow creeps
Through the rooms

But they say she’s deaf
She can’t hear a thing
While they don’t speak
She can hear them sigh

She can see them cry
Behind her silver eyes
Her silver eyes
Shining, laughing, and dry

Off-Color

My life runs around me
It surrounds me, and Me
My lies goes beside me
And steal a part of me, and Me

Tell me how're you gonna
Make it alright
Tell me more
Of the things you hide
Tell me more, tell no more

Intoxicated are my dreams
And I don't know what the acid is doing in my veins
Inoculated are my hands, not
And my legs have betrayed me, and Me

Let me know
Am I wasted
Oh let me know
Am I the chosen one

Tell me how're you gonna
Make me tight, again
Tell me more of the words
You never spoke, and never said
Tell me more, tell no more

Hibernating is my skin
It's going pale
And it's stinking
Inflated are my eyes
They're going frail
And not blinking

Let me know
Am I hated
Oh let me know
Am I the chosen one

Tell me how're you gonna
Save me from the beast
Save me now from the bats
They‘re pealing, yes pealing
My skin, and my dreams

Mama, Don't try to wake me

Mama, don’t try to wake me
I am sleeping
Mama, don’t try to fix me
I am not broken
I am just down
Deep down under the bed

Fixing up all of my dreams
Lending myself a sound sleep
Mixing them up with some joys
On my knees, I am resting

Look at me I am smiling
Overlook, ignore my eyes
My tears are all fake
They keep lying
So, don’t hear them cry

I have turned off the lights
I am exiting them all
Crossing light of the sorrows
I have entered inside the wall

Overlook, ignore the eyes
They are fake
They are not weeping
So, don’t hear them cry

I have seen thousand suns
They no longer blind me
I have seen thousand moons
They no longer magnetize me

Mama, just ignore the eyes
I have blocked them both
And I have bounded tears in their closet
Now they won’t ever flow

Mama, don’t try to wake me
I am sleeping
While I am weeping
I am resting on my knees

Alter

Divide, Divide
Clone walking side by side
Hey,
Cut open yourself wide

An evil smile
Proudly proud pile
The clone’s wile
Rising tides of Nile

He might kill you inside
And, abandon your pride
While you crawl
Your Alter-ego glide

See-hide, see-hide
From behind the wall
Swallow your pride
And, dig it inside

Divide, Divide
Clone walking side by side
Hey,
Cut open yourself wide

A life on thorns

I know I have written on this theme before, but I couldn't help it.

He lives on thorns
And no mercy is shown
Shabby clothes
Fathomless eyes
Searches for an answer
Searches for a door

A door to heaven
A playground
A see-saw, a merry go round
Some laughing lips, some innocent eyes
They get a hug after a fall

But he searches for an answer
And searches for a reason
Where are you father
Will you carry me on your shoulder?

Where are you Mother
I need a hug when I fall
And when I cry in the corner
With head on my knees

I want a kite, and a toy car
Coz for now, I play with the muddy ones
I want new clothes
Coz for now, all I wear are tatters

He is still searching for an answer
And a reason
Will this search ever end?
Will the reason present itself?

He shall wait till then
Washing bowls, and serving tea
I am sure, a reason does exist
and his lips, one day will carry a smile

Silly Girl

Silly one - cracked pearls -
Such a fragile little girl -
Stories of gold -
in a brittle plastic mold
that never worked for her.
We wonder where they were.

Silly one - twice baked
in the sun - and overdone.
We're gonna take your toys.
We're gonna capture your boys.
Songs unsung -
that never belonged to you . . .
you leave us nothing else to do.

Silly one - seeking a planet
a clam shell - left behind.
Babbling like a runaway brook -
Running to nowhere -
that never belonged to anyone.

Why do you go on and on?
What do you pray for - on the phone?
Where do you hide when you're alone?

Silly One

We'll crush your pearls
We'll take your toys
We'll capture your boys

Silly One

We'll melt your gold
We'll answer your phone
We'll throw the first stone

Looking Behind

A reason for our existence
Ever day is a new game
A reason to laugh, a reason to cry
The rest is in vain

Untouched faces across the road
One single look and then they disappear
A smile just passed by, walking but looking behind
There he stands, King Lear
Betrayed, with a sad face
Facing Earth, with a frightened gaze

One moment of betrayal
One candle light blind date
With known yet unknown person
For lust, or love sate?

A girl with a bowl
And crowded cars on the signal
She peeps through the window with a dry tear
But, sadist behavior from the car
Without even noticing her, 4th gear

Don’t give her any money
All she needs is a helping hand
Books, and treasured knowledge
Entry in the attendance register
A name, a bright future

Alas! Ignorance is our bliss
Ignorance is our nature
Anger is our body
Anger is our stature

After Nine

She twinkled high in the sky
It was not a night
So bright
Let me bite
A piece, a slice

A part of you

She flew so high
Abandoned by time
She said you are not mine
I was a known stranger
In her eyes

She twinkled high in the sky
A question in my soul
No love for me
She left me behind

It was me again, after nine
There was no love
And no signs
I was a toy for her
A mean of joy for her

She grew up
A sketch drew up
And then thrown away
The paper was torn away

But she twinkled high in the sky
It was no night
So bright
No love for me
She left me behind
After nine
No love, no signs

Cry Behind A Roar

I am speechless
No, I can speak
You can’t hear me
You don’t fear me
Anymore

I am the King of Jungle
But I am not safe, I can’t mingle
With my friends, at my place
Your one bullet, and I am history

Who gave you the right
To kill me, to nil me
From this place
Without a trace

I am the most dangerous specie known
You gave me this name
Your guns have killed my brothers
My children, and you have caged me
With some stinking food, and a water trough

My skin is your prized possession
In your home, in your palace
To show them off with pride
And, I lie beneath your feet
My teeth serves you in your fights

Who gave you the right
To kill me, to nil me
From this place
Without a trace

I don’t want to survive on your plight
You are killing me again and again
And I am going extinct
For once, listen the cries behind my roars
Please end these wars
Please end these wars

Internal Catalytic Urge

Dead life breeding
Inside the closure
Of the mankind
Survival so called
When the wolves howled

Numbness prevailed
With chained hands and legs
Plasticity, no elasticity
A life inside the ICU
Internal Catalytic Urge

Blood cells, Red and white
On a strike
Inside the glued structure
Hid themselves beneath the brown

Sometimes, it transpires
But, that’s just sometimes
They carry the bodies on stretcher(s)
Little time left, again a live theft

A life inside the ICU
Is Condemned Unsaid?
Unveiled the skin for undone sins
Loud and clear
On the pyre, a life again
Seared

A Frozen Moment Of Time

The moments
Captured our souls
Haunting, wanting
Tick tock, tick tock

2x2 is 1
5 complete circles
With 4 circles for none

2x2 wasted...
1 only entitled
4 wasted in silence
1 was in the senses

60 minutes of sane
Running blood in veins
Still regret those 15 minutes
Of missing the last train

You took it for weird reasons
I blamed you for wrong
The fault was mine, I know
The feelings never got strong

But I still missed the walks
Do you remember the same?
If not, I won’t blame you
I would call you and hang up
Never spoke your name

1 was for the sensible talks
And I tried to do justice to it
Clock needles singing
Tick tock, tick tock
A frozen moment of time
And at last, the lips lock

Black Melancholy

A walk alone
Into the weeds
A foul smell
A taste in mouth
Is it something worth dying for?
And crying for?

I have an answer
Do you have none?
Ah! It makes me wonder
Silently crawls in my skin

Black melancholy
I am in, yeah
Breeding Mary Jane
Love of my life
Trance, a sweet little pain

Green is the color
On the death bed
I have no regrets
Opened up the window pane
For new pain, a new life

A life just began to fall
To stand up again, broken into pieces
On a t-U-rning road
Right now, right here

Green is her color
And pale is mine
Am I dead yet
Am I no more alive?

I am a puppet in her hands
She binds me to herself
Never lets me go
Set me free, set me free
There is nothing left for me

Four Hours, A Different Life

Four hours, a different life

NO LOVE
Black blood
No brotherhood
Static by the window pane
While entire world traveled in a train

A live-with life
Hugged a live-with
Yet lifeless life
Don’t cut her
With a saw or a knife

SOME HATE
Still I wait
The birds fly in the skies
It is their genetic trait

I did flied
Never slide, I did
Something out of the box
But you believed those hoax

NO MONEY
Still the nights are young
And days are bright and sunny
I am the same, as I was in the womb

Does this really matter?
A matter of honor and pride?
Ha! I don’t need it
While I have some blue and white walking side by side

NO FUTURE
How do you know that?
Have you ever been in the time machine
Ha! I know your tact

I know what I do is write
When you think nothing is right
Get me a coffee without sugar
A pen, a paper, and a hand
My future, I can bend

Here I Stand

Dark light
Travels in my eyes
It strikes
And fights with me
As I fall into the night

I stand
On my feet this time
I’m not crawling
I’m not falling
As I’m beginning

To stand on my head
I fumble at the edge
Where my dreams are dead
The bloody thunder
Creeps inside my skin

But now, here I stand
On my arms
I’m not crawling
I’m not falling
As I stand on my arms

I passed it over to Him
And took a look through the hole
Pierced within the wall
Still, it stands still on the plain
Covered by hate, 'Nemesis' before it’s too late

Even now, I stand
On my guard
I'm not crawling
I'm not falling
As I stand on my guard

Different Way

Do I look like another?

Do I look like the same?

Do I speak a different language?

Do I live without offering a prayer?

I can be white

I can be black

I may be an answer

I may be a question

I may live in a palace

I may live in a shack

Tell me how it matters

If I wear a different dress

Tell me how it matters

If I do it a different way

One love, one place

We all belong here

One night, one day a time

Let’s see the things for clear

I can be short

I can be tall

I maybe walking

Or, I may crawl

I may carve the words

Or, I may let them scrawl

Tell me how it matters

If I am wiser or you

Tell me how it matters

If the sky is grey or blue

One love, one place

We all belong here

One night, one day a time

Let’s see the things for clear

Barren Streets (Re-released)

This is a further improved version of "Barren Streets" which was released sometime back by me. The Editing for the song is done by Ajey Padival (Brosreview). I hope you people like it.

Barren Streets
Knock me down
Red Blocks pass by as
I walk alone
Striking chords with lifeless things

I take a look around
And, I see
The sky is not blue
And, flowers have
Lost their hue

No, don’t close yourself in a pot
Where your thoughts are barred
Break open it!
Come out of it!
Or, you’ll loose yourself in the drought

Come join me!
As I walk alone
Striking chords with lifeless things

Life waves at us
From the other side
It smiles as it dances
Keep your arms wide open
And, let the ends meet

Spread a smile
Offer a hug
Give it all
That you have
And, let humanity breed

Come join me!
As I walk alone
Striking chords with lifeless things

A Pretty Little Child

He wondered and cried
A pretty little child
With misery walking side by side
Filled with pride
A pretty little child

Everyone thrashed him, foul-played him
There was so much of pain
Dry was the land, never got watered
For he never saw the rain

His innocent cries
Everyone heard them
Yet no one had any answers to his question
“What is my fault, what wrong have I done?”

Son of a poor man
But with rich thoughts and mind
He was no lesser than others
No different, yet one of his kind
A pretty little child

What kind of rights are these
That deprives a child to live
Wrapped in rags with no place to hide
A pretty little child
A pretty little child

Barren Streets (Come Join me)

Barren streets
Try to knock me down
Red blocks, I pass by them
I walk alone, striking chords with lifeless things

I look around, sky is not so blue
Everything around is an illusion
Flowers are no more alive
Have they lost thy hue?
-----------------------------------------------
Don’t cage yourself in a pot
Jarred are your thoughts
Break open it, come out
Or you might loose yourself in the droughts

Come join me
Coz I walk alone, striking chords with lifeless things

Life is waiting on the other side
Smiling, dancing into the street
Take a look around, open up your arms wide
Let the soil and heaven meet

Spread a smile, offer a hug
You need what I need
Give it all, don’t be a smug
Let the humanity seed

Come join me
Let us walk together, striking chords with lifeless things

Unplugged

Easy sounds
Plucking in my head
Un amplified bells
Ringing in my head
I am unplugged
While I sit by the river side

Chirps of birds
Fill me with something pure
I throw pebbles into the river
She laughs at me when I sit by the shore

This blue is my soul mate
I believe, Yes it is
For she knows when I am sad
Gently she comes close and offers a gentle kiss

It makes me smile
She giggles over some soothing sound
It touches my soul
The lesson she teaches is so profound

Take it easy
Pluck around your mate
Keep it simple
Keep it unplugged

Soul mates

Raise your hand

And catch the sun

Don’t be scared

You won’t get burned

Gather yourself

Fly high, don’t look behind

Hold my hands, heaven is not far

Though we need to find

It’s illustrious and huge

And shines over the earth

Catch the light, hold it in your palms

With every fall, take a new birth

Connoisseurs, we are not

Learning with every step we take

Sometimes, we cry over failures

And smile over small joys to let the silence break

This new dawn’s breeze is so soothing

Feel it on your face with closed eyes

Stretch your arms and let her hug you

Surrender yourself into her arms

For, we’re all soul mates.

Four Candles (Amen)

Four candles
They burn slowly
Sharing hope and light
So pure, so white

The flames are yellow
While thy soul is red
Burning slowly
By the means of a thread
The thread of love, prosperity
In each other’s warmth

As their bodies degrade
The flames start to fumble
The end is near
Yet they have no fear
Anytime, they might crumble

Last pray to God
Lying in each other's embrace
And offer the last glow
The breath stops, they die
Damn, it’s dark again

Silent Cry

Late in the midnight
I stood on the dock
While moon kissed the stream
I looked down and I broke

My tears got erased
And I couldn’t find them anymore
I missed the days
When you would carry me in your arms
And walk to the shore

You would caress my hair and offer a smile
New to emotions, I would replicate it back
You were the one to wipe my tears
When my toys of joy would crack

I woke up that morning
Only to find you were gone
You were still smiling to me
And I could not even mourn

While my tears flow down
With the current
Please come back and be my river
Let me sleep in your arms
For I call for some dreams

Let us start
From the end
Let us engage in recreating
The moments we had when we began
Let us laugh
Like no one’s watching
Let us start
By dotting away

While so many around
Pray for their gain
Let us pray for humanity
In our child’s play
While they are fighting
For a line
Let us fly
And make the sun shine
Over our heads
And into our souls
Let us start
By dotting away

We are all alive
At this immense and lovely place
Let us join our hands
Despite any creed or race
Let us pull ourselves out
From this blinding haze
Let us be blissful
And escape this hatred without a trace

Let us start all over again
By dotting away

Last Night(s)

I am walking
With empty hands
In my empty pockets
As my dreams are empty
Hitting the stones
That comes my way

I raise my head
And take a look at the stars
Gleaming in the sky
At the place so high

A sigh and I stopped
Trying to think
Where does my soul eloped
Have the stars said something
Like,” Shine before you die”
For this is your last moment
Your only moment to survive

Nights come and go
But I remain the same
Incapable of knowing what I am
Silently every night, I follow the stars
Trying to catch them
And find a way to my dreams

MY Dear Song

Jaded thoughts
Tired, gone astray
I might not carve you again
For I have nothing left
My dear Song

My pen cries
Pick me up, she says
But I might not fight again
With my dreams
With my mind's eye

For I have nothing left
My dear Song

My notebook is not blank any longer
Crammed with thoughts I once had
While I was at unease
With no rest in my mind
I finally am in some peace
And need some sleep

For I have nothing left
My dear Song

I might not carve you again
I might not beautify you again
For I have nothing left
My dear Song

Ending Credits

Ending Credits

The reel reads,
“The End”.
The show is over,
It’s time for my departure.
Played my part at par,
I would like to think.

Life is a circle,
I believed.
The reels would roll over again
For the next show.
I might play the same part again,
Or maybe not.

What I believed
Was not real.
As the credit ends,
The final laughs would be concealed.

“I’ll come again”,
I told myself.
Will I?
What good I did, I thought,
As I removed the make-shift clothes.

Everyone cried,
As I slept quietly on funeral pyre.
Though I was smiling with closed eyes,
Expecting, He would lend me a hand

My makeshift clothes
Were burned,
Red colored fire laughed,
And the laughs could be heard.
For she knew
Life cycle is such.
What comes has to leave,
Credits must end,
For reels to roll over again.
